In order to secure your reservation it is necessary to prepay an amount.

• For bookings of more than 2 days, the 30% of the total cost
• For 2 days booking, the 50% of the total cost.
• For Saturday night only stay, there is a 30% extra charge. Prepaid & Non Refundable
• For bookings with the use of a special offer, 30% prepayment is required. Non-refundable.

• For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of non-show, the deposit will not be refunded
• In case of departure prior to the arranged date, there will be a cancellation fee for 50% of the remaining stay
• For bookings with the use of a special offer, prepayment is non-refundable.

• Minimum stay for High Season: 7 days
• Minimum Stay for Low & Medium Season: 2 days

• For Saturday night only stay, there is a 30% extra charge.
• It applies only for Low & Medium Season only contacting us by phone. Prepaid & Non Refundable.

• For each extra person upon agreement, there is a charge of 30 euros.
• Children up to 12 years old free of charge.
